2018 Environmental Impact Report

DonateNYC created a report that documents our environmental impact. We are proud to say that through the workshops we have led in 2018, we have recovered 82 pounds of material! To put this into perspective, this is equivalent to annual greenhouse emissions from 148.83 miles driven by the average passenger vehicle per year. This is also equivalent to CO2 emissions from 2.53 propane cylinders used for home barbecues. We are very proud of this accomplishment because we do try to be environmentally conscious through our art projects. This year, we hope that we are able to recover even more material than we did last year!
